This past weekend we did a catering for a fundraiser kick off for one our US Senators. The challenge of this catering was that they wanted mostly butler passed food and the event started right at 12:30 a time when most people want a full meal. The reasoning behind this was that they wanted the guests to walk around and talk to each other. It was originally supposed to be a breakfast but was changed to lunch at the last minute. Here are a couple pictures of what we made.
Cobb Salad served in a 41/2 ounce Martini Glasses. This was easy to hold and good for a warm day.
